Our health data is fragmented. It's scattered across hospital portals, wearable apps, lab reports, and specialist systems. We don't own it. We often can't even see all of it.
Our doctors don't have the bandwidth to review all of it. A primary care visit is fifteen minutes. A full medical history, continuous wearable data, and a whole genome is not something any clinician can synthesize in that window.
AI changes what's possible.

Models can digest massive context — an entire medical record, years of wearable streams, a full genome — identify connections across sources, and surface insights worth discussing with a care provider. And new kinds of interfaces can finally be designed around a person's goals rather than a company's engagement metrics.
To realize this future, the individual must own their data, and their digital tools must be aligned to their goals.
The most in-demand jobs now require tools that didn't exist five years ago. The best way to learn them is to build with them.
